Our mission is to help create and support adoption-guarantee communities
by offering education, consulting, leadership, and volunteer support.
Though officially
incorporated in 2009, the Peninsula Humane Foundation has been
actively supporting animal care organizations for many years.
Our projects range from providing volunteer teams to leading fundraising
efforts that raise tens of thousands of dollars. Click here

The Peninsula Humane Foundation was most recently invited by the
Humane
Society of the United States to speak at the largest gathering
of animal care professionals, the 2010
Animal Care Expo. Over 80 shelters from across the country
attended the Peninsula Humane Foundation's workshop. Here is what

• Provided & managed over 3,200
volunteer hours
• Raised over $150,000 for local shelters
• Facilitated over 250 adoptions
• Provided over $25,000 worth of website design
& maintenance
• Annual events initially led by PHF raised $145,000
in subsequent years to date
